Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

Things have been really quiet on the blog front for me for some time now, but not because of blog fade. More often than not, I’m simply not in front of a PC when I want to blog something, and by the time I get in front of a PC, the moment has passed and the news is old.

Also, as much as I’ve enjoyed using Quick Blog, I’m now at the point where I really want to go beyond the “blog-in-a-box” theme and configuration offerings that Quick Blog can provide.

So, having done much research and googling, I’ve opted for WordPress which will allow me to not only post entries from my cell-phone but also customise this blog to provide more varied content in a more interesting format.

This transition isn’t without its challenges though, and I need to get the WordPress version ready before taking down the Quick Blog version, and the technical support guys at GoDaddy have been helping me with that.
