		<description>Are you getting the three red lights? If you&#039;re in the UK, you will be covered by the Sale of Goods Act. Take your console back to where you got it and they&#039;re obliged to replace it. My retailer - Game - even let me keep my hard disk so I didn&#039;t lose my game saves. If you&#039;re in the US or Canada, I think you have to call Microsoft&#039;s toll-free number and arrange for a return - the downside there is that I&#039;m pretty sure you have to send your hard disk back, too. Good luck - and let us know how you get on.</description>
